2 meters diagonal 30 cm from the wall

Unpacked, Screeneo U4 surprises with its ultra-compact size. Measuring 12.35 x 8.15 x 22.35 cm (1.4 kg), the device advances with a rather elegant design. In addition to its appreciation, this video projector has an extremely short focal length. This means that it can be placed very close to its screen or display wall. Judge for yourself: it offers a diagonal screen measuring 15 inches (38 cm) in diameter at 19.5 cm, and up to 2 meters in diagonal at 30.5 cm! This is a plus point that makes him a champion of discreet. But also equipment that can be easily moved from one room to another.

If a “dazzling” effect was necessary when viewing an image, too large and too obvious, while the device is positioned beneath a white wall, we had to quickly paint our living room curtains to present a setting more suitable for its display quality. the reason ? With a brightness of 400 lumens, the projector would struggle in a room where there is no darkness. Hence the contrasts that really lack depth and the blacks that are a little washed out. So Screeneo is more suitable for a real movie/series session in a room immersed in darkness, than using the TV.

A true cinematic experience

For its part, the sound quality presented is rather convincing, given the small size of the product. The machine fan noise is completely covered. The combination of two Bluetooth speakers (as long as you have a powerful pair) adds to user immersion and makes it possible to extend the sound range by placing the speakers on either side. The result is a truly cinematic experience.
