WWE SmackDown results for June 3, 2022

– Tonight is WWE SmackDown, the blue show starts with the introduction, then the commentators welcome us and then give us the evening pass. Enter Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods. The new day tells us that there is no better place than this arena to talk about something close to their hearts, last week’s win over the Brawling Brutes. They won thanks to one man: Drew McIntyre! Enter the last.

Drew McIntyre praises Big E and says no one has forgotten him. McIntyre announced that he would challenge and win the undisputed WWE/Universal Championship at Clash at the Castle. The new day has a gift for Drew McIntyre, whose birthday was last Monday. Drew McIntyre unbuttons the gift wrap as the crowd wishes him a Merry Christmas… It’s a kilt that says “Big D”! Sheamus and clan music hits the scene.

Sheamus apologizes for interrupting them, but New Day and McIntyre’s win last week is as rotten as any Ohio State Championship. They didn’t have time to prepare, they would win if they had a rematch! Butch is really hot!

6-Man Tag Team Match

Xavier Woods, Kofi Kingston and Drew McIntyre vs Brawling Brutes (Sheamus, Ridge Holland & Butch)

At the end of the match, Xavier Woods is distracted by Sheamus, and Butch takes the opportunity to make his bitter end over Woods and gives the victory to his team by pinning.

Winners: Brawling Brutes

– Behind the scenes, Kayla Braxton with Riddle and Shinsuke Nakamura. Riddle tells us that headlines aren’t their priority tonight, they want revenge on Usos who offended Randy Orton.

Backstage, Adam Pearce is on the phone, Max Dupree joins him and tells him he’s found his first client, and will reveal him next week on SmackDown.

A video has been released about the rivalry between Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins.

Singles match

Humberto (accompanied by the Angel) vs. Jinder Mahal (accompanied by Shanky)

At the end of the match, Shanky dances to the arena and Jinder Mahal takes the opportunity to buckle down on Humberto for victory.

Winner: Jinder Mahal

– After the match, Shanky is still dancing but Jinder Mahal decides to leave, so he starts dancing in front of broadcaster Samantha Irvin who ends up joining him.

Ronda Rousey steps in to join the commentators.

Enter Raquel Rodriguez and Schutzi. It’s her turn… that didn’t hit. We see her stuck in the locker room. The other gladiators arrive in turn and then Alia arrives by surprise to attack Schutzi!

The winner will be the next contender for the SmackDown Women’s Championship.

Raquel Rodriguez vs. Shutsi vs. Shayna Baszler vs. Shea Lee vs. Natalya vs. Alia

At the end of the match, Raquel Rodriguez makes her own Chinguna bomb on Schutzi but Shayna Baszler comes from behind to put her Kirivuka bag. Natalia seizes the opportunity to decide victory over Schutze.

Winner: Natalia

– After the match, Ronda Rousey faces Natalia.

Madcap Moss gets out of an ambulance.

WWE has announced that Lacey Evans will return to SmackDown next week.

Madcap Moss enters and takes a microphone. It reminds us of what happened three weeks ago with the Happy Corbin attack. Moss calls Corbin to come to the ring before going backstage to find him.

Happy Corbin comes on the scene and says Madcap Moss is not here to fight. He misses Corbyn, Moss wants his job back. will think about it. Madcap Moss says the only thing he wants from Happy Corbin is gnashing his teeth! Corbin says he’d like to get into the ring to teach him another lesson…but not tonight. Adam Pierce arrives at the scene and announces that the match between the two wrestlers is official at the moment!

Singles match

Madcap Moss vs. Happy Corbin

At the end of the match, Happy Corbin wants to hit Madcap Moss with the chair, but Moss avoids him and takes the chair to hit him! The referee ends the match.

Winner: Happy Corbin – by disqualification

After the match, Madcap Moss continues his attack on Happy Corbin until the referees dismiss them.

Backstage, Kayla Braxton with Usos mocking Riddle for wanting to dedicate the title match to Randy Orton, so they dedicate the match to Roman Reigns. And they’ll still have all the gold after tonight.

Backstage, Happy Corbin bumps into Adam Pearce and asks if Madcap Moss is hanging on after what he just did. Pierce replies that Moss won’t be stopped, and better yet: they’ll face off in Hell in a Dungeon in a non-stop match!

Next week in SmackDown: Ricochet will defend his Intercontinental title against Günther.

WWE Tag Team Championship Undisputed – Tag Team Match

Shinsuke Nakamura & Riddle vs The Usos (Jimmy & J)

During the match, Shinsuke Nakamura leaves with the referees after suffering an injury, Riddle must finish alone!

At the end of the match, Riddle is on the third rope with Jimmy Uso. Roman Reigns… Riddle RKO blasts off the top rope at Jimmy Uso and then Jey Uso Splashs Riddle for a riveting victory.

Winners: The Usos – Still Champions

– After the match, we see that it was Sami Zayn who started Roman Reigns’ music to distract Riddle. Usos returns to the stage and Sami Zayn comes to congratulate them, but Riddle runs to attack Zayn! A fight breaks out before the judges separate them and the show ends like this.
